At the time of lease signing, I (we) agree to pay the non-fundable Administrative fee of $100.00 per home, townhouse or condominium.

Applicant shall submit the security deposit equal to one months' rent as proof of applicant's good faith intention to occupy the unit as of the Move-in Date. Failure to inform management within three (3) days from the submission of the security deposit of any intention NOT to occupy the unit as agreed herein, shall entitle management the right to retain the full deposit as liquidated damages. Applicant shall submit the first month rent before the Move-in Date as stated in Lease Agreement.
